Oracle - Wand + Orb PvP Build
- Good AOE Healing
- Good Support
- Incredible Shielding
- Mana Hungry
- High Skill Ceiling
Overview
Oracle is one of the stronger options for Healers looking for a class to play. The orb offers incredible shielding and AOE healing while the Wand offers the same, creating the perfect support option for those that enjoy healing allies instead of doing damage or tanking.
Attributes

For this build, your main stat should remain Wisdom and you should aim to reach high Wisdom to boost your max mana and make use of the Noble Revival to increase your overall healing. Afterwards, you should prioritize Dexterity for even stronger healing and healing critical hit rate. Strength provides extra max HP and defensive stats that will help you stay alive more, especially in difficult PVE content while Perception also offers a bit of extra defensives but isn't quite as important.
Skills

Oracle’s healing comes from both Orb and Wand skills. Healing Wave is a powerful AOE heal that scales with the number of orbs placed and automatically recasts when hitting them, while
Restoring Constellation provides a steady heal over time that accelerates under pressure, making it ideal for tanks and melee DPS.
On the Wand side, Clay's Salvation delivers a quick burst of healing, followed by
Fountain of Life, which offers sustained AOE healing similar to
Healing Wave.
Defensive support is just as strong: Guardian Defensive Wall creates a massive shield whose strength scales with the number of orbs you’ve placed, perfect for protecting a tank holding objectives. For single-target protection,
Distortion Veil is reliable, while
Invincible Wall can shield multiple allies at once.
These shields are further empowered by Eternal Veil, which scales with max mana (already abundant in this build) and also boosts healing through
Noble Revival. Rounding things out,
Selfless Soul and
Devotion and Emptiness provide additional healing bonuses and are must-have passives.

Rotations

- This rotation maximizes fast AOE shielding and healing to deny incoming damage while keeping allies safe. Start by placing 3 orbs with
Starcalling, then drop
Guardian Defensive Wall to block damage as long as teammates remain inside. Follow up with
Clay's Salvation for healing, then
Invincible Wall to shield allies outside the barrier. Finally, use
Fountain of Life where your group is stacked for extra coverage.

- Begin with
Distortion Veil to prevent further damage, then cast
Blessed Barrier to increase the healing a target receives. Use
Restoring Constellation for strong single-target healing, and optionally transition into
Star Destroyer to provide additional healing that also spreads to nearby allies.

- For another strong AOE rotation, start with
Starcalling to place orbs, then cast
Healing Wave (triggered with
Void Slash) for a burst heal. Continue with
Fountain of Life and
Clay's Salvation to sustain the healing, finishing with
Star Destroyer for even more recovery. Keep in mind this combo uses nearly all of your healing skills, so it’s often better to split it into two shorter rotations.
Enchanting Time (
Time for Punishment): Use this on whatever DPS party member is doing the most damage to boost it even further.
Temporal Leap: Use this to get CDs back, use it whenever you have the chance and its off cooldown but try to stack cooldowns first before using it so it doesn't only refresh the cooldown of 1 ability.
Useful Information
- Lady Knight Kamarshea is the best all-around choice for a guardian, offering strong synergy with her shield that absorbs damage equal to 50% of your mana. This not only provides reliable protection but also speeds up cooldowns, letting you heal more often. If you’d rather take a more offensive route, Shade Revenant Stheno and Geen Ranger Elowen are excellent alternatives in party play. Stheno adds burst potential while Elowen helps control the battlefield by rooting groups of enemies.
