Wand and Staff PvE build with focuses on AoE grinding large amounts of mobs for rare drops, contracts or lithograph grinding. It can also excel in open world dungeons grinding high level mobs with a group for drops or contracts.

Your primary focus with this build should be Dexterity for increased damage, getting that to 30 should be your priority before moving on to perception and getting that also up to 30 for even more damage, rest of your points should go into wisdom for a bit of extra mana regeneration and maximum mana. Wand: Allocating 9 points into Damage is the only viable choice as it adds a lot of extra damage for the build and matches perfectly with the Staff, the last 3 points can go into Weaken for extra curse duration.

Staff: Investing 9 points into Destroy is ideal as it provides passive damage and extra critical hit chance, which aligns perfectly with the build's focus on damage. The remaining 3 points should be allocated to Attribute for the additional 10% Burning Damage, further enhancing your offensive capabilities.
