Nameless Sword & Strategic Sword PvE Build
- Great Damage
- High Mobility
- Easy to Play
- Squishy
- High Skill Ceiling
Overview
This build focuses on using both swords in Where Winds Meet to clear PVE content with strong damage and smooth combos. The
Strategic Sword is your main damage tool, thanks to its long combo chains and high raw damage. With
Sword Horizon, those combos last longer and apply bleed, letting you keep pressure on enemies and bosses.
The
Nameless Sword adds mobility and range options.
Daunting Strike helps you move around fights, while
Shadow Step lets you hit enemies from medium range.
Sword Morph unlocks the triple wave
Vagrant Sword, giving you safe damage without needing to stay close. Together, these two swords make a very strong and flexible build for solo PVE, boss fights, and any challenge the game throws at you.

Stats Priority
While the Gear part of the build is still under development and more information will come soon, you should use the Hawkwing + Eaglerise set combo. This part of the build is still under construction as far as specific stats go.
Inner Way
Sword Morph is very important for this build. It lets
Vagrant Sword fire extra waves when fully charged, especially after using
Shadow Step or while the
Daunting Strike shield is active. This adds safe damage from mid range and helps keep pressure without committing too hard.
Morale Chant is a must pick. Both swords attack very fast, so stacking it is easy. It gives steady damage and some healing, which helps a lot in long fights.
Sword Horizon fits perfectly with
Strategic Sword. It extends combos like
Inner Track Slash into
Inner Balance Strike III and adds more bleed damage, letting your pressure last longer. To push damage even higher,
Fivefold Bleed adds another bleed effect. It stacks naturally during combos and boosts your damage over time without extra effort.
Mystic Skills
For strong AoE control,
Ghost Bind is one of your best tools. It pulls enemies together so you or your team can hit them easily with other skills.
Leaping Toad is also very strong in PVE. It deals solid damage, applies poison, and once upgraded the poison spreads and explodes on nearby enemies. You usually want this active at the same time as
Dragon's Breath for steady damage if you aren't using the combo with
Drunken Poet.
For breaking Qi bars and controlling single targets,
Talon Strike works well. It knocks enemies down and deals good damage, even if it hits less than
Soaring Spin. It is especially useful against tougher mobs where you want fast Qi break.
Dragon's Breath is a key damage skill. It applies a burn over time and lets you recover stamina by following up with
Drunken Poet. Every hit from
Drunken Poet causes the burn to explode again, giving you strong damage while spending vitality instead of endurance.
Rotations
- Begin the rotation with
Dragon's Breath to apply burns to the target. Continue with
Inner Track Slash, then follow up with
Inner Balance Strike III for more damage and to pop the bleeds while also doing great damage. Swap to the
Nameless Sword and use a full
Daunting Strike before using
Vagrant Sword at full charge to hit the boss with multiple hits.
- Use
Shadow Step to deal a bit more damage then use
Vagrant Sword again before refreshing
Dragon's Breath and using
Drunken Poet in order to deal damage without having to use stamina/endurance, using Vitality instead.
