The build does provide some 
Swiftness access but doesn't have permanent uptime, which is why Lynx is the default rune. If the Swiftness uptime is good enough for you, there are other viable options too with better stats:
- - extra tankiness.
- - higher damage.
- - high damage rune that also offers defense against conditions.

- - more condition variety.
- - reduces enemy healing further.

One of my favorite spear builds in general, great pressure and sustain, very versatile kit.
Slaps hard, I love spear. One of the most bursty condi builds out there for sure. Thought condis would be a problem without Salvation but to my surprise I've never felt overwhelmed by them. Good damage anywhere from duels to midfights.
Appeared multiple times in the MAT, insane damage overtime, actually perfect for taking down the bunkers common in the meta, however it requires a support to be used effectively. Functions on the team how a condi reaper would, however it is faster, and has unblockables instead of boonrip/corruption
This might be better as a core build with demon stance and salvation instead of herald. Giving up all the barrier on boons and condi removal while dodging is just too much. I love the idea of this build but it just won't be strong enough to down the current bunkers.
