After last patch change to Alac now being tied to Phantasm this build performs poorly and is better running 3 core mesmer traits.

Your comment is also just wrong, the duration of alac/quickness chrono can put out is massively increased.

Can't give alacrity to siege and is tied to the phantasm spawning making it only viable when having a clear target less than 1200 range, 900 in some cases, forcing you take more skill phantasm or heal signet if want to give some alacrity. It became now even a more niche stealth and portal character for huge blobs. Can't be considered a support that give esentials boons to a 5 player anymore, the boonrip is nice, but could be better play a more power agresive style if what you want is ripping boons.

I appreciate that you put more effort into it this time, but this is still more of a comment than a rating.
