Overview
Rifle Burst Scrapper is a Power based PvP build for Engineers. This build is very Fast, Strong & Complicated. The build makes use of Rifle's synergy with to land deversating ranged bursts capable of one-shotting some of the tankiest builds.

- Superspeed - This build can cycle CDs to get up to 40 seconds of Superspeed straight. Make use of that.
