Overview
Hybrid Burn Holo is a Hybrid based PvP build for Engineers. The build makes use of Spear's synergy with & to create a strong mixed Power & Condi duelist. The build has high base damage on a couple of it's skills while also having access to dozens of sources of Burn, this gives it the ability to use both condi & power damage bursts for good effectivness. While there are other power Spear options none have been as effective as this hybrid damage option.
