A relatively simple to play strike damage based Harbinger build for general open world play focused on quickly clearing enemies with strong self-Might Might/Vulnerability Vulnerability generation and AoE Quickness Quickness. Not recommended for soloing harder content as your sustain is limited.

Stats

Depending on what equipment pieces are available to you, it is possible shuffle the armour stats to suit your needs (with the aim of having ~47% critical chance without buffs/shroud):

  • Berserker Berserker - Highest damage.
  • Assassin Assassin - More crit chance without increasing HP.
  • Marauder Marauder - Defensive option which also increases crit chance and reduces ferocity.
  • 24px Dragon - Defensive option which decreases crit chance and increases ferocity.
  • Diviner Diviner - More boon duration.

Runes

  • Rune of Superior Rune of the Ogre - More reliable damage modifier and an extra summon to distract enemies (which also can gain quickness from your shroud aura)

Sigils

Replace Sigil of Superior Sigil of Impact with:

  • Sigil of Superior Sigil of Energy - defense

Compared to condi quickness harbinger, this build is simply lacking. The condition version is way superior because necromancer in general doesn't have good power damage options. The only thing this build does better is burst damage, but it falls off super fast.

A Big Green 'Pew Pew' Machine... I don't know if it'll ever get into the testing stage, but in my opinion this build is good to go.

Very powerful shroud especially for veteren/elite and champions where you have a little more time - With full exotics with a few ascended accessories averaging 9k dps on longish fights. Easy to use too.
