Overview
Rifle Burst Scrapper is a Power based PvP build for Engineers. This build is very Fast, Strong & Complicated. The build makes use of Rifle's synergy with to land deversating ranged bursts capable of one-shotting some of the tankiest builds.

- This build is for ganking and bursting.
Burst
Without proper understanding of the burst you will stuggle to make big impacts in games.
Spacing is the MOST important part. Start the burst between 600-850 range away. This is so

Superspeed - This build can cycle CDs to get up to 40 seconds of

Chill can make a huge difference. Always cover your tracks with these skills to maintain distance when chased. Very effective while kiting.
