  • Focus on reviving allies who are far away with Illusion of Life, don't waste the skill on players that can be hand rezzed.
    • If you use the Allow Skill Retargetting and Instant Cast settings, Illusion of Life will cast at the location your cursor is at the end of the cast, instead of where you initially targetted.
  • Your crowd control skills will strip boons with Vicious Expression.
  • Use your crowd control when your allies are spiking the enemy, such as inside a friendly Winds of Disenchantment or Necromancer Wells.
  • Always use Continuum Split before casting either Gravity Well or Illusion of Life to ensure a second cast of these vital skills. While inside the split, use as many skills as possible such as Null Field and Shatter skills as the cooldowns reset.


Crowd Control

  • Gravity Well strong CC and almost always a good choice to double with Continuum Split.
  • Temporal Curtain pulls enemies towards the curtain. Use it to pull enemies into your groups spikes, your own Gravity Well
    • Pull enemies from walls by placing the line at the base of the wall.
  • Tides of Time stuns foes, thus combines well with Sigil of Superior Sigil of Absorption, use at close range.
  • Illusionary Leap immobilizes a single target, useful when trying to catch an enemy that is lagging behind.

  • Null Field Place on allied spikes and especially on melee clashes where both groups will be inside.
  • Shattered Concentration Activate your shatters Split Second, Rewinder and Time Sink when crossing through enemies to rip boons.
