The build does provide some Swiftness access but doesn't have permanent uptime, which is why Lynx is the default rune. If the Swiftness uptime is good enough for you, there are other viable options too with better stats:

• Rune of Dolyak - extra tankiness.

• Rune of Necromancer - higher damage.

• Rune of Orr - high damage rune that also offers defense against conditions.
