Notes:	imported for the most part from filter 39, but change area from schools/colleges/.. to BLPs, identified for now by directly containing Category:Living people, but it's not complete at all. This kind of filters SHOULD NOT BE SET TO WARN OR DISALLOW, they will have false positives.
